  • It's small-room scale — an intimate room, not an arena or big theatre
  • It's local or a small touring indie act
  • Any genre, any price — including your own show inside a festival

✗ Probably not the place if…

  • It's a major-promoter or arena / big-theatre show
  • It's a corporate or brand activation, franchise event or trade expo
  • It's a big, commercially-backed tour just passing through

Optional but strongly recommended — listings with photos get far more attention. Up to 5 photos, two jobs: ★ Poster = the tall photo on your event page (4:5 — best from 1200 × 1500 px or larger). ▣ Card = the photo on the What's On grid (4:3 — only the middle 1200 × 900 px band of a tall photo shows, so pick one with the subject mid-frame, or give it its own focus point).
